Refund & Replacement Policy

Because Peptignite supplies research materials, product integrity and traceability are critical. For this reason, returns are limited and must meet the conditions below.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact info@peptignite.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number, product name, batch number if visible, and clear photos of the packaging and item.

Replacement review

Eligible issues may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution after review. Peptignite may request additional documentation before approving a replacement.

Opened or handled materials

For safety, traceability, and quality-control reasons, opened, used, reconstituted, relabeled, or improperly stored materials cannot be returned.

Change-of-mind orders

Orders cannot usually be cancelled or refunded after fulfillment has begun. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that ordered products are lawful for their intended research use and destination before purchasing. Peptignite cannot refund orders refused or restricted because of local rules, import requirements, or customer-side compliance issues unless required by applicable law.

Research-use-only notice

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use. They are not intended for human consumption, animal use, medical use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application.
